This post is a strange list of the differences between Rinzler's organic biology and that of a normal human male for dissection / autopsy purposes. (For the Hell Pointe and Rotting games.)
The first thing you need to know is that Rinzler is still partly digital. This means that his discs work, he is sensitive to energy, can be reprogrammed, and still derezzes,
Internal:
Also, because his cells have to store so much kinetic energy, he needs to eat and sleep a lot. (Neither of those things holds any interest for him though... D:)
And I just wanted to say: I have never taken an anatomy class nor a physiology class nor any biology classes... so if this seemed a bit off, that would be the reason. If you have any feedback I would love to hear from you. Fake realism for headcanon is fun for everyone!

The first thing you need to know is that Rinzler is still partly digital. This means that his discs work, he is sensitive to energy, can be reprogrammed, and still derezzes,
Internal:
- To some degree he has all the organs he'd need to be a functional human being.
- To make up for all the digital jazz he's got shoved under his skin now, he's missing some pieces of internal anatomy including: an appendix, a kidney, and a whole lot of intestine*
- His heart is in the center of his body (so more centered and lower than usual)
- His circulatory system and digestive system* is more efficient than your average human (why the heart and intestine thing work out)
- His lungs are longer (larger) than normal (so he can hold his breath for longer and has more efficient gas exchange leading to better muscle power )
- His heart is some sort of dual monstrosity that pushes both blood, oxygen and electricity through his bloodstream. The organ is padded with fat
- His arteries are arranged to support this, and his largest arteries are the only things that hold any significant amount of blood
- His spinal column is the second most electric part of him and carries electricity to and from his brain stem (which acts as a type of battery)
- Certain portions of his brain are dark, damaged and inaccessible (mirroring the reprogramming done by Clu -- but more visible)
- He also has circuitry and nodes on top of his brain, and the damn thing glows like what you see in an MRI brain scan but sans MRI). The brilliance is tied to how bright his external circuits are, and instead of tiny lighting storms you'd get with human axion neurons, his brain is damn Tesla arcs all day everyday.
- His brain isn't wired the same way as a human's and is also significantly smaller than what would be considered average for his body type and age
- His hypothalamus is split between other control centers in his body so he's better at regulating hot/cold and this supports his lesser need of blood (think how fish don't bleed so much and are mostly made out of
deliciousmuscle) - He has the right number of bumps on his ribs, but instead of being separated, they're all connected together like two beetle wings. On the inside along his rib wall he's got more circuitry (à la 82 Tron aesthetic)
- Rinzler's insides are slightly magnetic, so getting caught in a big magnetic field would really mess him up ( = IRL glitching)
- The rest of his veins do pump a minute amount of blood, but they're mostly pathways to carry electricity (why he still needs energy)
- On a cellular level, all of RInzler's everything is made up of uniformly cube-like shapes and lack the natural imperfection that reinforces things and makes them stronger. (This is why all of his bone and tissue still breaks off into pixels)
- He doesn't have a lot of body hair (right now) so he can't get goosebumps or grow facial hair
(He'll never get that soul patch he wants) - Since his cells are all cuboid, if he were to be punched hard enough, the bruise would expand square by square in a very visually regulated fashion
- His vision isn't actually 20/20 but he doesn't know that. If / when he becomes more human, he'll be nearsighted
- He doesn't have pores and doesn't sweat (but he does have tear ducts)
- Underneath Rinzler's uniform are his circuits but he has the old ENCOM circuitry patterns since he was written in that system. (Canon circuitry)
- Because Rinzler is a bad guy his circuits glow red, but if he were to revert back to good-guy they'd turn white.
- Dunno what Disney was thinking, but it's canon that circuitry is sensitive to touch (and that's supposed to be sexy) Look. When Rinzler's circuits are touched in one way or another they'll turn bright fuchsia (also embarrassingly canon)
Also, because his cells have to store so much kinetic energy, he needs to eat and sleep a lot. (Neither of those things holds any interest for him though... D:)
